We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase of Rosacea Care products. For this reason, we offer a wide range of our products in sample sizes and encourage customers to order and try the sample sizes before purchasing the full sizes.

Our standard return policy:

• Return requests must be made within 14 days of receipt of your order.
• Products must be returned unopened with the seals intact.
• Sample size products and shipping charges are not refundable.
• Upon receipt of an approved return we will promptly process your refund.
  Credit card payment may not be refunded while the order is in transit. We would have to receive the order back in our office in order to process a refund.
